The real success level in the private sector should not be measured basically on financial profit after taxation, rather on how much of solutions their specialized goods and services are able to provide to the multifaceted problems (needs) in our world. Millions of problems exist on earth that people are perpetually in need of solutions. When solution provision and marketing becomes the primary vision, objective and motivation in the private sector, our nations are bound to witness such positive transformation of lives that is accompanied with rewards (financial and infrastructural). I define money as a reward received for solving problems. Thousands remain impoverished because they have not recognized the problem closest to them that needs to be solved. Millions will never receive or experience promotion because they ignore the problem closest to them. When solution meets corresponding problems in the market place, the result is financial reward. For example, in the production industry, a body care making company have there products targeted at solving body care problems. Likewise firms in the service providing industry. A legal company solves legal problem. A medical firm also solves medical problem. Every one gets rewarded.

Redesigning the national education curriculum to include and specialize subjects and courses that reflects skills, expertise, training and research institutes that required for the total maximization of the natural resources and endowments in the nation at all levels of the educational system – private and public institutions of learning ,with scholarships and grants to encourage capacity building and human resource development. The implementation of this policy will enhance the breeding of local expertise and specializations in product lines and services that reflects and promotes indigenous resources in the private sector. And there are very high possibilities of market leadership.
         
Still using Nigeria as our case study, a nation endowed with numerous natural resources like crude oil, lime stone, natural gas, solid mineral, etc, still importing finished products of these natural resources. This a clear evidence of lack of capacity, expertise and skilled human resources to harness the resources. In the oil industry for example, there should be subjects and courses in areas like “refinery engineering and maintenance”, “cutting and polishing for solid mineral” etc, to help build capacities and develop human resources in the product lines. These will ensure lot of private firms in the business of owing, constructing and maintaining refineries and other production companies that promotes indigenous resources. Local expertise will match with indigenous resources. Job opportunities are created and exportation will increase.
2.       THE FAMILY INITIATIVE- This should be a campaign and initiative that reorganizes the family as a vital instrument capable of effecting changes that can result in the growth and development in the private sector. For the firms and companies that occupies leadership positions in the industry, whose products and services brings solution to the needs in the nations, it is proved that such solution is multiplied and expanded when they breed their families with their  expertise, skills and specializations. This will basically multiply and sustain such vision. When a leader puts his family first the community and future generations benefits. This initiative and campaign holds that when a family is breed with expertise, skills and specializations possessed by parents that promotes and reflects indigenous resources, the private sector is sure of sustained growth and the entire nation’s economy is developing.

We can deduce from the above statement and without any doubt that this world is truely a place of multi-faceted problems.There seems to be no end to problems in this world. The perpectual nature of problems in this world has placed it under continuous need of solutions. Faced with many problems and very scarce solutions,the world continues to strive to match these problems with the solutions. The truth remains that every problem that is encountered in our world today already has the solution within reach. Before l proceed,l would like us to take a very simple definition of problem. Problem simply means, an unpleasant,tough and difficult situation or circumstance that is very subject to change and we can do something about. l hope this definition is simple enough. This gives us an understanding that no matter how difficult the situation is that we encounter,that situation is very subject to change,and we are the primary agent of such change. We may not have the solutions for all the problems and challenges in the world,but surely carry solutions to the problems and challenges that comes our way and we encounter.The problems that we notice and desires to solve are clues to the solutions we carry and are capable of changing. When we identify our solutions,we have identified our reward,our strenght and our compararive advantage. The solution we carry,which is not just for us alone,creates relationship. People in need of our solution will locate and seek for us. And because we cannot solve all the problems for ourselves,a network of relationship is established via problems/solutions seeking. In international relations,this principles are operational. Problems are catalysts that causes us to reach each other....individually or among nations.The oil producing countries of which my conutry Nigeria is a major player, martkets their oil to the industrial countries that needs it,helping them solve alot of problems.And these industrial nations in turn sends their finished product to these countries helping solve their own problems too and vise versa. Identify the solutions you carry,the world needs it,it holds your financial reward, your fullfillment and that of those connected to you.

Poverty is very negative in all ramifications.It really makes ones very weak in decision making. To me, the real poverty is lack of the basic principles and knowledge capable of transforming the potentials he has into good and services capables of bringing him financial rewards. The truth about money is that,it is simply a REWARD for the problems ones tranformed potentials-in goods and services were able to solve for people. In other words,we are financially rewarded according the problems we solve for people. I want everyone reading to understant tnat true productivity is about problem-solving. When we are able to solve problems for peole,we are already positioned for a dynamic and impacting life.
Now for nations that are poor and branded underdeveloped, whose foreign policies are very weak, it simply reveals that they are not problem-solvers in the international community. They are not producing,not tranforming thier natural endowments into exportable and exchangeable goods and services.
This is capable of making then unique in international trade, being their comparative advantage wil surely enable them pursue dynamic policies in intra and inter nations.
